To access a model-driven app from a mobile device, you have 2 options:
- Download and install the Dynamics 365 mobile app
- Access your organization from a web browser
To access through the mobile app, first install the app and log in.
You will then see a list of published apps:
Select an app to use it. Here we are selecting an app we previously created:
When using the website on a mobile device, first log into the org that the app uses, and log in.
You will be prompted to select the published app:
Selecting it, you will be able to use the app:
