You have the option to use the Ribbon Workbench tool from inside the XrmToolbox. To do this, open the XrmToolbox and select Plugins store:
Search for Ribbon and the results will be filtered to show the Ribbon Workbench:
Select and click Install:
The Ribbon Workbench will be installed:
Connect to an organization. Ribbon Workbench will open in the XrmToolbox:
