Select Get Data from the bottom left, then under Services select Get:
Under Dynamics, select Customer Service Analytics for Dynamics 365 and click Get it now:
Enter your Dynamics 365 Organization URL:
Under your Apps, you will see the new app installed:
You will see the dashboard:
Select a tile to open the report. This app has the following reports:
