Azure Key Vault allows you to encrypt keys used for authentication, storage accounts etc, in the cloud. They keys are protected by hardware security modules, or HSMs.
In portal.azure.com, you can manage Key Vaults by searching for it in the menu:
Select Key Vault and Create:
Create
Key Vault will be created:
