To create a Lead, go to Settings->Leads:
This will display a list of leads.
Here you can enter lead information, including:
Note the rating:
And Status:
And Lead Source:
Also note this is the Lead to Opportunity Sales Process.
The statuses for a lead are:
State | Status Reason |
---|---|
0 : Open | 1 : New |
2 : Contacted | |
1 : Qualified | 3 : Qualified |
2 : Disqualified | 4 : Lost |
5 : Cannot Contact | |
6 : No Longer Interested | |
7 : Canceled |
If you click on Disqualify it will give you a selection of the reasons:
Pressing that would then give you the option to reactivate the lead at some point:
Click Qualify:
The lead will now be turned into an opportunity:
