Leads in Dynamics 365

To create a Lead, go to Settings->Leads:

This will display a list of leads.

Here you can enter lead information, including:

Note the rating:

And Status:

And Lead Source:

Also note this is the Lead to Opportunity Sales Process.

The statuses for a lead are:

StateStatus Reason
0 : Open1 : New
2 : Contacted
1 : Qualified3 : Qualified
2 : Disqualified4 : Lost
5 : Cannot Contact
6 : No Longer Interested
7 : Canceled

If you click on Disqualify it will give you a selection of the reasons:

Pressing that would then give you the option to reactivate the lead at some point:

Click Qualify:

The lead will now be turned into an opportunity:
