When trying to merge records in Dynamics 365, you may not see the Merge button, which appears when you select a record in a view:
Or in Advanced find (the icon should be below):
If you do not see these options, ensure your role has sufficient Merge privileges. Under Business Management->Miscellaneous Privileges, select Merge:
You will see the Merge option:
