To install Project Service Automation for Dynamics 365, head to Microsoft AppSource and search for Project Service Automation:

You will see the Project Service Automation link:
Select the link. Click on Free Trial:
Agree to the conditions:
Select the Organization and agree:
Wait until the install is complete:
Project Service will then appear in the menu:
