The install Visual Studio 2019, go to https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/ and click Download:
Select the edition. We will install Enterprise:
Open the file. Click Continue:
You will see:
Now select the components to install, then click Install:
The installer will run:
And finally, the reboot:
After restarting, select Visual Studio 2019:
Select an option, e.g. Create a new project. You can now start using Visual Studio 2019:
